Compass Property Investments
SECRETS OF THE PROPERTY GAME-FREE GUIDES.
We as a society hold education in high regard. Maths, Science, History etc. are acceptable subjects to be taught but when was the last time you learnt or were taught how the economic model works and how you it can be used to generate wealth? When was the last time you learnt how banks work? how investment property works? how leveraging your assets works? The majority of people will say 'never' or 'I thought about it but didn't understand it', so we spend our lives looking for jobs in our chosen fields that we DO understand and believe that that is the key to financial freedom because that is all most of us know. Does doing a 9-5 forever sound like 'freedom'? At Compass, we think not.
We educate, guide and assist you through your economic path to success, we are not selling 'pyramid schemes' or 'get rich quick schemes', rather we sit down with you, discuss your goals and dreams, review your finances, help you reduce your outgoings e.g. reduce mortgage interest rates where possible and teach you how to leverage your existing assets to create passive revenue streams in addition to you 9-5. Eventually, as your assets grow, you can kick that 9-5 and focus on ANYTHING you like (travel, business, buying more assets).
Our focus lies with property investment because it not only provides passive rental income but it also sees capital gains over time which means that the benefits of investment property are twofold. It's not rocket science, it's just that we as a society don't teach people how to invest properly and how to play the economic game because 'it's hard and risky'. So is riding a bike if you don't know how to. We have been in this business for 12+ years through ups and downs and that is testimony to our integrity, our clients' faith and the robustness of our system.
